- Homework Challenge
How it works: Each kid can register for the homework challenge during class, or during our back to school party on Monday the 18th of September. They will receive a board (appropriate for their size and skill level) with three empty boxes drawn on it. Between the time thy register and October 1, 2006 they will receive a minimum of 3 phone calls from an instructor to ask if they have finished their homework. If they have done their homework they can check off one of the boxes on their board. They will be called up four different times. When the child has all three boxes checked off they can bring their board to their next class where they will turn in their board for breaking. The child will also receive:
- A blue tip (academic achievement) award in front of the class.
- Be eligible for the October 7, 2006 Celebration
Party will include popcorn, face painting, great games, raffle prizes, and a 70 foot obstacle course
- Receive 4 guest invitations for the October 7th party for friends, siblings, teachers, or others.
- Their board will be displayed in the “Homework Challenge Winners” area until the party where they will get to break their board in front of friends, family, and classmates.
